Ryo Katsumata

I am a japanese physician-scientist in gastroenterology, especially in neurogastroenterology.

I have worked on clinical researches of gastroenterology, mainly in the field of neurogastroenterology. I have been engaged and interested in brain-gut interaction and pathophysiology of the disorders of gut–brain interaction (DGBI) such as functional dyspepsia (FD) irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
